Get help with an order, your account, a listing, seller payments, or marketplace safety.
Contact us
Email support@flippydisc.app. Include the email address on your account and any relevant order or listing ID, but never send a password, authentication code, full card number, or bank-account number.
Order help
For an order-specific problem, open the order in FlippyDisc and use its Contact Us action. This attaches the order to your request so the support team can investigate shipping, buyer-protection, cancellation, or refund issues.
Report marketplace content
Use the in-app report and block controls for a listing, review, or account that may violate the marketplace rules. For urgent safety concerns or if you cannot use the in-app controls, email support with the relevant username or listing ID.

Account and privacy
You can initiate permanent account deletion inside the app. See the account-deletion instructions, or read the Privacy Policy for privacy requests and data choices.
